The graphics are great, the realism is fantastic. The weapons handling and aiming is very well done. However, there are a lot of issues. The multiplayer is very boring and the missions in the campaign are one of the most unfun COD campaigns to date. The missions where you have to craft items with found materials is just plain silly. For example, how do you make a smoke bomb out of a glass jar and a rope?

There are a lot of great modern games out there but if you like old school strategy, this is not for you.

Despite the fact that Warga62 are not as popular today as in the exotic Nineties (when Cloak and Dagger, Panzer Generals and People's Generals, Steel Panther, Battlefront, Close Combat and the mighty Hearts of Iron were all at their peak), I think that we will see more attempts at the genre soon. With companies like Paradox Interactive still in business, there is clearly demand for it. But a more serious point is that we are not seeing the same level of innovation in the games that we were in the Nineties, when the gamer's imagination was stretched by the new possibilities of real-time strategy on the PC.
