TERMS OF SERVICE of the 

Focused Message Marketing 

GOLD ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITY (GAO) effective as of January 1, 2026. 

For the sake of description this opportunity will be referred to as (GAO). 

By enrolling into our GAO and doing so with regards to our TOS and Income Disclaimer, you will be offering our GAO for purchase by other like-minded individuals.

HOW THIS GAO WORKS FOR YOU TO 

ACQUIRE GOLD BARS, 1-7 Below. 

 

1. You Enroll by sending a one-time  Money Order for $99 made out to Focused Message Marketing sent to P.O. Box 2904 Lancaster CA 93539.  There are no other fees involved. We cannot accept Credit Cards or Personal Checks at this time. This enrollment fee allows you to receive a member number along with other info to enable you to promote this GAO to other individuals. 
2. You are sent our exclusive GAO marketing links and files to your EMAIL ADDRESS with which you can send directly in Emails, on Social Media, convert into QR Codes and Post Cards (we supply a very reasonable printer). Your marketing links include your MEMBER NUMBER which is coded to you for us to record enrollments you make. You don’t need to purchase any other marketing material unless you want to and is purchased at your expense. See our WEBSITE MENU under Marketing Discounts for info on low cost marketing products to help you. Keep your MEMBER NUMBER in a safe location along with files sent. 
3. As you promote our GAO to like-minded individuals and over time enroll 5 persons from this activity, you are rewarded with a 1 Gram .999 Gold Bar or equivalent sent directly via the USPS to your Mailing Address. This gold is sent via insured and tracked USPS parcel. 
4. For each group of 5 persons who enroll in the GAO using your MEMBER NUMBER in the future, you will be sent again a 1 Gram .999 Gold Bar or equivalent as mentioned in #3 above. 
5. You may continue to promote this GAO for as long as you wish using the links we have supplied to you and in doing so to continue to acquire gold bars as mentioned in # 3 above. 
6. We do not charge state sales tax to our members for any gold given to them through their marketing efforts as state sales tax is collected by the State of California from Focused Message Marketing for the gold bars purchased by us. Ours is a marketing/promotion/monitoring service and not a precious metals dealer operation and as such is not subject to collecting CA sales tax from our members.
