1. Pretreatment

GI coils are first unrolled and welded, and then continuously cleaned and pretreated (such as degreasing) by the feed loop, and then a chemical conversion film is formed on the surface.

2. Painting process

Both the back and the front of the steel coil are painted and dried. Generally speaking, the topcoat will be thicker, such as 10-35μm. The coating thickness can be customized according to your requirements.
