There are many things inside our culture that grab people and will not let it go. Should people desire to get new resources about, there are tons of databases you can pursue. Sometimes sex is one of these. Maybe that's the case for you-or your spouse/partner.

These questions are designed to help you be more aware of some actions that probably indicate that sex includes a hold on you. It probably is wise to take a closer look at the place of sex in your lifetime if you answer yes to three or maybe more questions.

1) Do I have intercourse at inappropriate times, inappropriate places and/or using the wrong people?

2) Do I make promises to myself or rules for myself concerning my sexual conduct that I find I can not follow?

3) Have I lost count of how many sexual partners I have had in the past 3 years?

4) Do I have sex regardless of effects (e.g. Clicking perhaps provides aids you could use with your girlfriend. the threat of being caught, the risk of contracting herpes, gonorrhea, AIDS, etc.)?

5) Do I feel uneasy about my masturbation, the dreams I take part in, the props I use, and/or the areas by which I do it?

6) Do I feel jaded, tired, negative? Am I on the trail to that?

7) Do I believe my entire life is difficult due to my sexual behavior?

8) Do I've sex as a means to cope with or escape from life's dilemmas? DoI feel entitled to sex? Do I feel as if I have received gender?

9) Do I have a serious relationship threatened o-r damaged because of outside intercourse on my part?

1-0) Do I feel that my sexual life affects my spiritual life in an adverse way?
