 The Ottawa Good Food Box is a nonprofit community based program bringing neighbors together to buy a variety of delicious and nutritious fresh fruits and vegetables at wholesale prices. There are sit coordinator's for almost every area in Ottawa they will be responsible for organizing monthly orders and pick up times for the Good Food Boxes in there area.
Here's how the GFB program works:
The Ottawa Good Food Box works like a large buying club. Customers must order and pay for there boxes ahead of time.
Order and payment are due to the Site Coordinator by the due date you are given by the Case Coordinator. This allows the Case Coordinator time to get the group order and payment togrther to meet the Ottawa Good Food Box Club's Deadlines.
The Ottawa Good Food Box Club cannot accommodate changes to orders, because everything is pre-bought to match the orders.
How to place your order and/or payment:
Different Sites do this three different ways:
1. Place your order when you pick up your box. Customers must pay cash for all orders. Orders will not be accepted without payment.
2. Place your order at a set time, in the first week of the month
