In the excitement of discovering the perfect condominium, lots of people focus only on the actual unit in which they will depart. For many, the building itself is little more than an afterthought. If you fall in love with an individual condominium that is not near anyplace you generally go, you may be content with your location for a while, but come to regret the choice.
Anyone can live in condominiums, which is one of the greatest draws. You never know who your neighbors will be. Based on the institution, these rules may cover everything from parking to how much leeway you have for making adjustments to your condo itself. Some institutions may not allow pets, while some may not let you rent or sublease your condo.
