Coaching Corner Tip
Getting started is the hardest part for most people. Most people have questions starting with the words "How, Where,Who,When," but they miss the all important "WHY." In all of my years of coaching, and assisting people, to acheive the goals they have set for themselves, I have found that knowing WHY is the single most important place to start. Even more important than choosing a company. To know "why" you want to build a business, is going to give you the opportunity to see where it is that you have been in your life, so you will be able to stay focused and get to where, you want to go.
Find a quiet cornor, sit down with a spiral notebook, ( I have found that I can carry this with me and add to my "why," whenever I feel the need) and start at the beginning of your life. Examine every aspect, by leaving no stone unturned, writing from your heart and soul,not your head, you might be shocked at the person that is revealed to you, but you will better understand, who you are. "Be selfish, think of yourself, this is what you want, this is about you........This is YOUR WHY." Don't let money be your focal point, but what is it, that you want to do with the money. Write in detail, do not think in broad, general terms.
By writing your "Why" and reading it on a regular basis, will allow you to overcome the fears
that have held you back, in most cases, unknownly, from acheiving the success you desire.
