Profile on Danny Nelson

Danny Nelson is a cantor, songwriter, lay evangelist, animator, composer, Christian entrpreneur and musician with an ardent zeal for Jesus Christ. 

Danny has ministered in word and song to a number of groups in Trinidad, Montreal  and Toronto . He works part and full time for the Vision of Love Ministry (visionoflove.ca) . He has been the Ministry animator since 1997.  As a talented composer, he has written songs of Praise and Worship for youth rallies, worship events and recordings in the Archdiocese of Toronto and for general Christian edification.  He has composed  “Singing Rosary” cds; produced four recording projects and released a Vision of Love 10^th Anniversary DVD.

He also hosts Praise and Worship Festivals at various locations and coordinated parish visits as an outreach programmed. In addition, his contribution to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and a variety of lay movement activities.

Danny has a passion to utilize art (dance, drama etc) and music for worship. He is an animated praise and worship leader, choir director and guitarist tutor.  He has successfully completed bible study programmers and liturgical training dioceses particularly at  Camp Kinkora , Montreal , Quebec .  Danny continuous entrepreneurship activities to sustain the Vision of Love Ministry that involves Marketing and Distribution of valuable products to aspire a healing process with much prayer.  He is also a Director for Val Sales Ltd.  a family development project in the island of Trinidad .

It is extremely important to note that Danny’s greatest aspiration is to assist people discover a spirit-filled relationship with God, through praise, worship and the Word.  He acknowledges music with spiritual gifts as powerful tools of evangelization through which many will come to know Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour.

Finally, Danny is a committed to a daily prayer life. He is a man filled with a love for God, the Church and people, which keeps on growing.
