1. Understand your body:

Have you understood your body first? Because, every one is unique and every body is special, not one method will work for everyone. For first few weeks, observe your body. some people would gain muscle quickly, some remain as such forever even if they eat more. This is why the diet plans do not work for everyone.

2. Eat right:

 Have a diary and note down what you eat, how that makes you feel. Yes, note down how it feels to eat a bag of chips and how it feels when you eat a vegetable salad. When do you feel light and strong? Some food makes you tired, some food makes you strong. Have you seen a food pyramid? You should eat the food according to the food pyramid. You should eat more of what forms the base of the pyramid. Click on the picture to take note of the things that you should eat more and less. It is very simple to follow and stick to these food plan.  


3. Fall into a routine:  

Start a routine brisk walk around your neighbourhood. Join a walking group in your neighbourhood. When you have some friends to talk to, you will not miss the routine. Fix up a time - either morning or evening, choose a track for walking. Do not plan something big - do not join a GYM or Fitness Centre yet. First, make a habit out of this routine. For some people, even getting up at a particular time is so tough. So, do not waste your money in a GYM membership at first. Practise your routine for 3 weeks, and it will become a habit. Then, you can expand your routine to include more workouts.

4. Visualise your success:

Cut out a ideal six-pack picture from a magazine and stick your ''head shot'' and stick somewhere in the mirror. Ideally, the bathroom mirror. Whenever you see the picture, you should visualise how happy you will be when you achieve the result. Think of how your neighbours /colleagues will congratulate you. Think of how many women will ogle at your new look. Your visualisations should be powerful and you should do it on a daily basis. Because, what you can imagine, you can achieve without fail.

5. Get help from experts:

Who is an Expert? Expert is a person who has tried and tested several methods and know how to achieve success in whatever they do. The ordinary people would fail, because they do not have access to the knowledge and lessons that an expert has. The above tips are good nothing new for you, but with the help of an expert advice, you can do a magic of six-pack abs. If you do not have have access to the lessons and knowledge, you will be doing what everyone is doing, and you will fail like most others.

 

Most of the people, like anyone wants to get a six-pack abs. They work hard on their own after reading the popular Men's magazines and work-out procedures that their friends learnt 'from somewhere'. They do not see any improvement after the hard work and after few months, they fall back to their own lazy lives. In the middle, they would have wasted plenty of money for GYM memberships, magic pills and training programs. The obvious mistake what they do is not sticking to a comprehensive plan for building muscle. Be it learning a sport or learning to play a musical instrument, you will greatly improve only if you have an expert to train you. The same goes for muscle building. You need to have an expert by your side who will go through your personal profile and suggest you a personalised plan and modify it after seeing the effects.
