   Instructions:

  Print on heavy paper

  with ¾ inch space

  between left edge

  and left border.

  Cut out only along three

  bordering sides: top, bottom

  and right sides. 

  Fold along left border,

  keeping printed matter on

  the outside and slide the

  left side of card into fold.

  Position card so that all

  except example of printed

  matter shows from top to

  bottom of face of card.

  (Approximately ¾ of right

  side of card should be visible.)

  Open left fold, fold down top

  and bottom, glue to seal then

  fold down left again and glue.

   (Alternatively, print on adhesive label and

   affix to front of hotel key card envelope.)
