AAR provides the following services to the community: humane education, police training
in animal cruelty investigative procedures, liaisons with community officials on behalf of
animals respective to animal ordinances and laws, actively engages public awareness
as to the issues affecting companion animals and wildlife, and serves as an advisory resource
for the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society, Washougal, WA.
