WHY FINANCIAL FREEDOM??!!! ....The intention is not just to nurture a culture of materialism. Far from it!!! Contrary to popular believe...money is not the root of all evil. George Bernard Shaw cited that the love of money and the lack of it is what leads to evil. Since it would be a better world if more people are rich, that vision is the primary reason for hosting this Site. Although money is not everything but unless one is a masochist, it's the only means in facing the stark realities of our daily lives. It's time to stop cheating ourselves on what will when in reality they won't.
THE HARSH REALITIES.......William James cited man don't think. His claim is evident in the fact that many people aren't continually consciously aware of the reality that with inflation at an average of just 3% per annum, any person currently earning say $60,000 annually would eventually be unable to enjoy similar standard of living in 30 years hereafter UNLESS he or she, still working or retired, generates a proportionate $150,000 per annum thereafter and subsequently much more years later. Ludicrous??!!! Well, do the math!!!
Then again, is inflation at an average of merely 3% per annum??!!! Furthermore, with what are now considered luxuries and what does not yet exist THEN conveniences, if not basic needs, he or she would certainly require much more than the preceding projected amount to avoid not only a regression in lifestyle. Do y0u know that 70% of retirees use up their retirement fund within a short period of years after retiring.
YOUR MINIMUM RETIREMENT FUND...So, if one were to retire today and live another 30 years hereafter on a presently modest yet eventually frugal income of a meager $4,000+ per month...an individual MUST HAVE a Principal of no less than $1M earning 5% savings interest in a Time Deposit Account. Unless one can get a better rate, that is the Principal badly needed to then generate the particular income to provide a mere existence deeper into retirement. With the increasing trend of what our younger generation now practices, it's hard to then rely on handouts from one's off-springs. Even if filial piety still exists among one's children by then, they'd have their own families and heavy financial obligations.
SELF-DEPENDENCY...It would be wise to stop duplicating failure and prepare to fend for oneself in being financially independent then. Yet, to conventionally start accumulating such and on provision one is not laid off in-between, even aided by compounding interests it would involve putting aside, the older a person the more the sum, a minimum of much more than a thousand, if not thousands, month after month after month.
THE ESCALATING COST OF LIVING...Now seriously, with today's runaway inflation and the consumers' price index relentlessly at an all time high, and projected to remain at its trend, will a then meager $4,000+ a month generated from $1M in a time deposit account be eventually adequate??!!! Do tell, what was the price of the item you now buy 5 years ago and its price today??!!! Reminisce to back when you were a child and how much a dollar could buy and what it can't today. Further to that...drop by a Hypermarket today to check out the prices of items you normally buy and tally them with purchases a few months hereof. Nine times out of ten you'd see the prices don't tally due to profiteering which is the scrouge of our society. Sadly due to these, while a hundred dollars is now able to secure you about 20-30 items you now use, it will probably get you only 10-20 items eventually and yet less years later. The price of convenience in a mobile call drastically increased what was then a dime a call to its astronomical cost of today. Yet, if the prices of some items don't continually go up, their quality goes down and the quantity is reduced. To divert a little more on this different tangent, do tell, when was it you last opened a can of sardines? Ever realized its contents had been reduced. With a lesser number of sardines in each can is why the phrase "packed like sardines" to describe, for an example, the auditoriums that were overwhelmingly filled with the large gathering of rock-music lovers that were then present at the Rolling Stones' record-breaking tour concerts, can't metaphorically be correct or applied...not anymore. It's no thanks to the "ingenuity" of today's Canners. The only consolation you get for the higher prices you now pay for products with the missing quality and quantity is in the subterfuge of a much more attractive and probably larger size packagings. And, on the subject of quality, to prove a point....ever noticed some food stuffs you once craved over, don't taste anymore the same? Isn't what was once a satisfying beverage now liquid filth? We can go on 'till the cows come home on the above issue, yet, coming back to the subject of your economic future, take some time out and just think about whether that $4,000+ would eventually be sufficient for survival if not to enable a comfortable life. Thereafter, reflect on what it would be for those much younger and thus live far beyond the said 30 years from now and on how much more it should require to accumulate in order to generate the monthly income for him/her to then survive of which particularly a mere job will never be able to fully secure to eventually provide at one's retirement. And, with the monthly reimbursements for those Credit Cards expenses, re-payments toward financing for a house & car, keeping up with the present lifestyle or the Joneses next door, income tax deductions and together with those ever increasing monthly costly grocery bills that burns a gaping hole in yours and our wallets - many will discover to accumulate even a mere Million to eventually generate income with it is very much an up-hill struggle if not impossible. As most people are apt to live up to their incomes, if not beyond them, this and the preceding are reasons the majority do not and will not have an adequate Retirement Fund to deservingly savor life in their golden years. Aside from those unaware of such opportunities, it's rather mind blowing why others knowingly go to all the trouble in working about 30-40 or more years of their precious life, only to then suffer such a fate, when they can invest a few hours a week for a few short years to achieve what most take a whole lifetime never to accomplish.
PARAMOUNT REASON TO A SUSTAINABLE INCOME.....Whether operating a conventional business or working for someone, what's critical is that Linear incomes stop the moment you stop working. Whereas, residual incomes from on-line ventures, similar to the royalties Songwriters receive, are perpetual. The little one receives in a welfare state will be of not much support or will the meager employee's provident fund, gratuity and their likes either. Thus, it's why we recommend a multiple stream of sustainable incomes.
THE HAPPY-GO-LUCKY...Those who have not yet experienced the trauma of retirement with an inadequate monthly income may not realize the actual impact on those already affected by their careless negligence. In foolishly thinking the limited linear sum earned in exchange for one-third of each day can surely make them eventually secured, they remain as if in a state of cryogenic and awaiting a cure for mediocrity....surprisingly choose to be nonchalance, when all the while such an option now exists within their midst. What a serious mistake!!! Although poverty is nothing to be ashamed of, yet it is a thing to be eradicated. If one would only stop and think....he/she would be able to avoid having to stand in a welfare line!!! The problem with most is they too readily resist change. While it's the norm for people in not picking up a penny from the sidewalk now, people might eventually ignore a minted dollar in similar fashion decades from today. To use a phrase Alvin Toflin used to title his book, it's another "Future Shock". Radical??? Well, it's hoped you'll never have to witness it in your lifetime. Cynics are urged to get their hands on a copy of JOBSHIFT by Futurist William Bridges to know what lies threateningly ahead for those who are unprepared for the later part of this millennium!!!
A HARD PILL TO SWALLOW...The reality will be much more traumatic to the job-mentality individuals since what is gradually disappearing is not just certain jobs in certain Industries. What is slowly vanishing, behind the scenes, is the very thing itself: the job. It isn't something as simple as competition. What's actually happening, many are unable to see, is that social, economic and technological forces are at work in rendering that much-sought-after, much-maligned, social entity created during the Industrial Revolution virtually on the list of endangered species about to outlive its evolutionary time.
THE UNCERTAINTIES AHEAD...If such doesn't come to pass, there's still a nagging thought that what one has been trained for, on spending one's parents a fortune in further education for a position now fiscally incommensurate to its investment, soon made redundant like an office telephone operator due to computerization. Or, will feasibility in operating a Grocery be in question due to rising invasion of hypermarkets and on-line stores??? And, will the Industry you're in go the way vinyl records, cartridge tapes, laser discs & VCRs went??!!! Or, the way snail mail, floppy disk & VCD are going? Besides a Corporate failure, with the threat of Corporate Raiders on the rise, those sitting comfortably in a Corporate position, with no probable competition from within, must consider the possibility of losing one's job through a replacement in an abrupt takeover. Don't make hindsight but foresight your forte.
THE VISIONARIES...While change is imminent, yet, these serious issues are irrelevant to those with the foresight to be Netrepreneurs!!! In leveraging efforts with others to attain the success they seek, they will become the future successful business entrepreneurs. Albeit that earlier bust of dot.coms in the 90s, the reality is that judging by motivation factors underlying current trends, it is a consensus from the economic sector that this recession-proof Industry, as predicted, will effervesce into a hyper-sensitive period of unceasing advancement.
SHOULD YOU OR SHOULD YOU NOT???...If you agree that a Lecturer, Tour Guide, Coach, Salesman or just anyone offering a service should be compensated commensurately vis a vis the quality and amount of services rendered to others and not crudely exploited through fixed meager sums, then, you should have no qualms in generating exponential incomes in exchange for nobly guiding others to generate the same from legitimate Programs in the On-line Industry. Furthermore, if you realize contrary to what some who illogically think with the crowd psychology that any Program and its Compensation Plan to reward you, by compassionate Organizers, that is structured in a Matrix with the number of levels which follow is unethical - besides your fair minded principle and judgment...your sense of logic is highly commendable. And, should you be sick of working in a system and are compensated with "peanuts" - then, you should consider the On-line Industry to create your destiny.
THE KNOWS IT ALL...There are many, who in playing follow the follower, naively in a seemingly self-righteous derogative manner, vehemently criticize the organizational structure that most on-line Programs are structured and compensate its Affiliates on. If these people were as wise as they pretentiously project themselves, they should realized that every recognized legitimate body or institution, on the face of this earth, is structured in such a Matrix. And, by further using the word "pyramid" as a term in referring to scams is to denounce the legitimate structure of those recognized organizations such as Corporations, Universities, Societies, Cooperatives, Religions, Associations, Political Parties, Parliaments, Governments and the Family Institutions, to name but a few, they belong to. Note that every mentioned Organization is structured with various lines of command and an executive at the top. Unless it's a one man operated set-up, doesn't its structure seem familiar in the company one work in or for? The very fact that one is literate comes from being educated in and from a system of this structure. While some may claim as home schooled, an even more inescapable evidence to the denial that one is part of this structure is the family institution that has a Great Grand Parent at the top and with various levels of generations that follow. Whatever level they are at - they are in such a structure. Wasn't there an adage that says people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones? If Organizations in such a structural configuration are unethical and be made illegal, than they and the rest of us, including the Clergies, should be incarcerated as we are a part of many Organizations aforesaid and those not mentioned herein that are of such structure. Yet, with empathy to die-hard skeptics, it's hoped they secure a copy of Robert Kiyosaki's "The Business School" to have an in-depth perspective on the matter from an authoritative third party.
As you already know there are 3 colors, 10 numerals and 8 musical notes. You see, it's what we do with them that matters. While Picasso skillfully mixed those colors to passionately create his masterpieces, Jean Paul Getty juggled those numerals into a 10 digit fortune and Hoagy Carmichael jumbled those notes to compose "Stardust", one can utilize the single mental faculty, each of us is endowed with, to enrich his/her life in a year to two or remain the same as he/she is, if not worst off from the eventualities. Think of it...how life can actually be worth living!!! One will not pay the price for $ucce$$ but enjoys its prize. Considering the eventualities ahead, one instead pays the price for failure. It's high time to stop chasing dreams and start building them!!! Multi-Millionaire or not, with multiple streams of residual incomes, you'd be able to live like one.
