today I will say what I want to say,

today I will care about how I feel,

today I will get mad if I want to,

 I won't worry about everybody else while I let myself fade away,

 I have a voice I will use it

you may not like what I say but that is between you and yourself not me

I will accept the past and go beyond it I will not relive it anymore

I will love those who love me

I will care for those who care

I will forgive those wanting forgiveness

I will support those in need
