The trigger that starts the System that Works is a new prospect that clicks on your lead capture link in an email or ad designed for attracting a new prospect to your business and ultimately chooses to opt in for more Information.
Once a prospect clicks your link he/she is captured into your Traffic Wave campaign for that program after they confirm the email that is received immediately after the click.
The Traffic Wave system immediately sends back email including the site where the prospect opted in with general information about the program you are promoting.

Then click on the campaign you desire then from the tab Letter click create a new letter after you have saved the letter roll the mouse over the tab subscribers and click manage subscribers
Then click on Broadcast this group, choose the letter you desire to send from the drop down, select the time and date, click broadcast the letter you are done.
