            Dewsoft in accordance with I.B.M. made a survey in 2000 in India. The resultant of this survey was as under:-

G.D.P. of India was 90,000/- crores only and out of which 2.83% was from it sector...

            At that time turnover of it sector was 920 billion $

            They then found out how is this huge amount coming from developing country like India?

            They got to know that only 10% of the total population knows computer and amazing! 90% don’t even know what computer is!!!

Reasons for no knowledge were:-

            On this base, on 24th October, 2000 Dewsoft Overseas Pvt. Ltd. took out a project for the literacy of these 90% in computer world. Dewsoft named this plan as "Earn While You Learn"

 The difference is in natural marketing u don’t get any incentives but here u will get incentives. Let's see how...

 You have to just narrate this plan to two more persons.

 This means where u r u have to bring 2 more associates.

From this u can earn up to 34lakhs/yr.

 Balance system:-

 Dewsoft overseas thinks of all so u have to sustain ratio of 2:1 or 1:2 among your group. This graph gives u little picture abt this:-

Spill over system:-

 As I mentioned Dewsoft thinks abt all so where if u have weak leg or more than 2 persons, u can shift one downwards. This is what we call spill over

 One mile calculation of incentives:-

 New total incentives

After 1st mile 30% would be deducted as company profit.

So 2nd mile incentives = 21,000/-

One year calculation of associates:-

(Assume that you work with 100% efficiency and make 2 associates each month)

 Now in one year the associates are 8192 so what would b the incentives.

 8192/50 = 163.84 miles

Deduct the first mile i.e. 162.84

Now incentives = 1st mile + 162.84 miles

                       = 30,000 + 162.84 x 21,000

                       = 30,000 + 34,40,640

                       = 34,70,640

 This means in one year u can earn up to 34lakhs!!!

 Company has kept a limitation of 1.5 lakhs/week this means even if you are eligible for amount more than 1.5 lakhs you would get 1.5 lakh.

 This is not the end…

 Royalty system:-

             As soon as your group hits the total associates to 1250, you will get royalty of 2% from company’s total turn over (this 2% in these days is 15000) and at the group of 8000 you get royalty of 3% (which is equal to 27000).

 Nominee system:-

             You can keep your nominee till 3 generations…
